Human-centered design for autonomous and AI-driven systems
I am a principal product designer specializing in AI-driven systems that balance automation, trust, and human judgment. I design LLM-enabled workflows, agentic experiences, and zero-touch systems that help people make better decisions, or remove the need for decisions entirely when the system is confident.
My work focuses on complex, data-rich problems where accuracy, transparency, and scale matter. I design confidence-aware experiences that operate autonomously by default, escalate to humans when uncertainty or risk is detected, and continuously improve through feedback. This includes agentic recommendations, guided discovery, intelligent review workflows, and proactive assistance across end-to-end user journeys.
I bring full product ownership in fast-moving teams, from research and systems modeling to prototyping in Figma and production delivery in close partnership with engineering and data science. While much of my background is in enterprise platforms, my strength lies in translating sophisticated AI and workflow systems into clear, intuitive experiences that work just as well for consumer-facing products, commerce, and everyday tools.
